Blackbeltschools.com have created the official school management software for the TAGB. The software has been designed to help instructors keep track of all their schools and students, manage licences and accounts, put students forwards for gradings, log their results and print their certificates and much more. A detailed summary of the features is available below.

The software has been designed for the TAGB, but is a generic for all martial arts school management and can be adapted to suit your needs. Features included in the software:

Fill out all your official forms and print them directly from the software. Rather than typing out all your student details again you can simply select a student for a form and the software will fill in all the relevant information. Add multiple students from multiple schools to a grading or licence application form quickly and efficiently with only a few clicks of your mouse. Say goodbye to handwritten forms and spelling mistakes!
Changes to official TAGB forms are released onto the website as soon as they are created and can be downloaded at any time of the day or night from our technical support zone
24 hour online support and rapid individual support is available to all instructors, no matter what the query
Manage your licences for all your students. The software keeps track of who is due for a licence renewal up to a year in advance. Apply for new licences or renewals for your students, print out all the necessary paperwork (without any typing or intervention) and enter the new licence numbers when they arrive
Enter students for gradings and update their results. This will automatically create their grading history and change their grade
Print (or reprint) all your grading certificates in one go with just a couple of clicks. You can also change the fonts and font sizes of the text which is printed onto the certificates
